We Safeguard Your Information
Data Protection.
While in the US there is no single comprehensive federal law regulating the collection and use of data, clients' security and privacy is our top priority.
Security Software. Wether your information is stored in the cloud or on a local computer, we use 256-bit encryption all around. The 256-bit encryption is used by the leading financial institutions for data transmission and safekeeping.
We do not stop there. Every time old files need deletion, we use military-grade shredding software that meets the Department of Defense 5220.22M standard. During this process all file entries are removed from the system's
drive and then the underlying data is randomized on the drive where the file was stored. In other words, it's completely unrecoverable.
Office Set-up. For security reasons no unauthorized person is permitted to enter the area where the bookkeepers work. Customer information, weather on a screen or on a paper, is not accessible to anyone but the dedicated Account Manager (AM). Each AM has a separate printer and dedicated space with privacy guards.
Staff Members.
We perform state and federal background criminal record searches and run credit checks on every personnel member before hiring. Our staff members are trained to prevent any accidental/unauthorized information sharing.
Document Shredders. Our IDEAL document shredders meet DIN-66399 standard, Security Level P-4 classification, recommended for "data carriers with particularly sensitive and confidential data".
Our Pledge to You. While some companies choose to make profits by selling customer databases, we will never sell, share, or otherwise compromise your information. Your information is safe with us!
